2. Service description
OfferVista is a B2B online platform where registered companies can publish inquiries, browse public inquiries and submit offers to other companies.
OfferVista helps companies establish initial contact. It is not a party to negotiations, contracts, payments, deliveries or further commercial relations between users.
3. Registration and access
Some features require registration. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information about themselves and the company they represent.
The operator may require email verification, company verification or additional information before granting full access.
- Users are responsible for keeping their login details confidential.
- Users may act only on behalf of a company they are authorized to represent.
- Access may be restricted or terminated in case of abuse, false information, spam or violation of these terms.
4. Inquiries, offers and user communication
Users may publish inquiries and submit offers. Content, prices, deadlines, terms and files are provided by the relevant users.
After receiving an offer, users may continue communication outside the platform by phone, email, website or another method. OfferVista does not conclude, perform or guarantee transactions between users.
5. User content
Each user is responsible for the content they publish or send through the platform.
- Illegal, misleading, offensive, fraudulent or irrelevant content is prohibited.
- Spam, automated scraping, unauthorized advertising and actions that may harm the platform are prohibited.
- The operator may remove content or restrict access where a violation is suspected.
6. No guarantee of transaction or result
OfferVista does not guarantee that an inquiry will receive offers, that an offer will be accepted, or that users will conclude a transaction.
Users decide independently whether to enter into commercial relations and how to verify the other party.
7. Free access, advertising and future changes
The platform may be offered free of charge for certain features, periods or user groups. The operator may introduce limits, paid features, advertisements, promoted placements or other business models in the future.
Advertising content, where shown, may be marked as advertising, sponsored content or a similar format.
8. Files and attachments
Users may upload files where this function is available. Files containing malware, unlawful content, unnecessary personal data or confidential information that should not be shared must not be uploaded.
Files may be stored for up to 12 months after the relevant inquiry is completed or expires, or until account deletion, unless longer retention is needed for legal claims, disputes, security or legal obligations.
9. Restriction and termination of access
The operator may temporarily or permanently restrict access in case of violation of these terms, suspected fraud, abuse, spam, unauthorized access or security risk.
10. Operator liability
The platform is provided as available. The operator uses reasonable efforts to maintain normal operation and security but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure service.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost profits, lost transactions, commercial losses, incorrect data, actions or omissions of other users, or contracts and disputes between users.
11. Changes to the terms
The operator may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means acceptance of the updated terms.
